Refund policy
We have a 20 -day return policy, this means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item has to be returned unworn and undamaged.
To file for a return, you can contact us at Kels@Kelsbeachwear. When and If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know where to send your package to. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with USPS, keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. KelsBeachwear is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, the wrong size/style/color, so that we can resolve the issue right away.
Exchanges
The fastest way to complete exchanges is to ship us back the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will ship out the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and verified all is fine in your return. When and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded store credit or transfer. Customers should keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and you should be patient.
